Registered Nurse


Location: Ocala, FL

Base Rate: $32 – $45/hour

Differential Pay: Up to $7/hour for nights/weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $10K – $15K (paid over time based on shift and position)

Shifts Available: Days / Rotating Weekends and Nights / Rotating Weekends


We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), located in Ocala, FL to provide hands-on patient care in a variety of clinical settings in a hospital while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

NOTE: We have multiple openings for different positions such as Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Nurse, Virtual Intensive Care Unit nurse (VICU) Nurse, Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) Nurse, Emergency Room (ER) Nurse, Neuro Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU).


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Deliver direct patient care, assessments, and ongoing monitoring in assigned units.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
  • Accurately document patient status, care provided, and progress in EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum one (1) year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a hospital setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment.


REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida or eligible multistate compact license).
  • Specialty certifications may be required based on department/unit.
